Delivery & Returns

How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping is free on orders over £100 (exclusions apply)*
For orders under £100 there is a £5.99 shipping charge
For all next day orders there is a £9.99 shipping charge
For large or oversized items such as bumpers, there is a set shipping charge of either £25 or £50, depending on the size of the item

*We offer free delivery on orders over £100, excluding bespoke orders placed as part of our Part Finder service, large or oversized items and products shipped directly from the supplier.

Please note, these charges exclude bespoke parts. Bespoke orders will have their own shipping charge, quoted when ordering

Do you offer a click and collect service?

Yes, if the part you want is in stock at our warehouse, you can collect it from us for free. Your part will usually be ready for collection within 4 hours.

If you wish to collect your parts, place an order on the website and select the 'Pickup' shipping option in the checkout.

Where is my order?

Orders are generally dispatched within 2 days. Our standard shipping is a 48 hour tracked service via Royal Mail or FedEx.

Please refer to your tracking information for the most up to date status of your order. This information will be emailed to you. Please allow 2 days after your order is dispatched to arrive.

Some items may take longer than 48 hours to be delivered due to being sent direct from the supplier. If this is the case, you will be informed when placing your order.

For next day delivery, your order must be placed before 2pm Monday - Thursday. Unfortunately we do not offer next day delivery on a Saturday. If you place your order after 2pm on Thursday, your order will be delivered on Monday.

Can I return my order?

If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt via Royal Mail. Though please note that we charge £3 for returns that are not faulty and the £3 will be deducted from your refund.

Please check your part for damages as soon as you receive it. All goods retuned must be in new condition without any damages unless stated otherwise and must be fit for resale.

Bespoke orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once ordered, as these parts are being made to order and have to be paid for.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately we don't ship internationally. We currently ship within the United Kingdom, Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey

What does it mean when a product is shipped directly from the supplier?

This means that the stock is not sent from our warehouse. Instead it is sent directly from the supplier to you. We will always let you know this before you complete your purchase and what the delivery time is.

How long does a preorder take to be delivered?

We will always work to get orders to customers as quickly as possible, with the aim to deliver within 30 days.

However, timelines are subject to supplier lead times and may vary.

If your original order contained instock items and preorder items, they will be shipped together when your preorder item is available.

Are the parts you sell genuine / original?

Yes, we supply genuine spare parts directly from manufacturers so you can be confident you're getting the best quality parts.

I can't find the part I need, can you help?

If you cannot find the part you require on our website, our team can help you with this. By filling out our Part Finder form with as much information as possible including the vehicle chassis number, we will help find exactly what you need.
