Return Charges: If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt via Royal Mail. Though please note that we charge 10% restocking charge (Minimum £5) for returns that are not faulty and the charge will be deducted from your refund. Only damaged parts will have a full refund and return postage paid for.
Non Faullty returns will not have the shipping charges refunded and the cost of sending the item back will be at the customers cost.
In-store pickup only items: If any in-store pickup items need to be returned, they can only be returned in person to our store due to them being prohibited items to ship.
Bumper and Skirt Return Charges: Please note that there is a £75 charge for any bumpers or skirts that are unwanted and returned to us. This fee will be deducted from your refund. Non Faullty returns will not have the shipping charges refunded and the cost of sending the item back will be at the customers cost.
Please check your part for damages as soon as you receive it. All goods returned must be in a new, resaleable condition and in it’s original packaging.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Once approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Bespoke orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once ordered, as these parts are being made to order and have to be paid for.
Damaged Items
Damages, shortages & incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of you receiving the order, otherwise no claim will be considered by us or the carrier. It is your responsibility to check the delivery has not been damaged in transit. If it is damaged please refuse delivery or make sure it is noted on confirmation of delivery before you sign.
