Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days and are shipped via Royal Mail or FedEx with tracking and drop-off without signature.

We cannot group two orders placed separately, and therefore shipping fees will apply to each order.

Next day shipping is available when placed before 2pm Monday - Thursday. If an order is placed after 2pm Thursday, it will be delivered on Monday. Please note that not all products are available for next day shipping. If a product qualifies, this option will be shown at checkout.

In-store Pickup times may vary and depend on our opening hours. Please wait until you have received confirmation your order is ready before travelling.

Shipped directly from the supplier

Some products are shipped directly from the supplier.

Standard delivery times, shipping rates and the courier used by suppliers may vary compared to those in the above table. All information will be communicated to you before you place your order.

Please note that if your order contains items shipped from multiple locations, separate shipping charges may apply.
