We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days and are shipped via Royal Mail or FedEx with tracking and drop-off without signature.
We offer FREE delivery on all orders over £100 (not including bespoke orders placed as part of our Part Finder service or products shipped directly from the supplier).
Returns Policy
If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt via Royal Mail. Though please note that we charge £3 for returns that are not faulty and the £3 will be deducted from your refund. Only damaged parts will have a full refund and return postage paid for.

Do you offer a click and collect service?
Yes, if the part you want is in stock at our warehouse, you can collect it from us for free. Your part will usually be ready for collection within 4 hours.
If you wish to collect your parts, place an order on the website and select the 'Pick Up' delivery option in the checkout.

Where is my order?
Orders are generally dispatched within 2 days. Our standard shipping is a 48 hour tracked service via Royal Mail or FedEx.
Please refer to your tracking information for the most up to date status of your order. This information will be emailed to you. Please allow 2 days after your order is dispatched to arrive.
Some items may take longer than 48 hours to be delivered due to being sent direct from the supplier. If this is the case, you will be informed when placing your order.
For next day delivery, your order must be placed before 2pm Monday - Thursday. Unfortunately we do not offer next day delivery on a Saturday. If you place your order after 2pm on Thursday, your order will be delivered on Monday.
Can I return my order?
If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt via Royal Mail. Though please note that we charge £3 for returns that are not faulty and the £3 will be deducted from your refund.
Please check your part for damages as soon as you receive it. All goods retuned must be in new condition without any damages unless stated otherwise and must be fit for resale.
Bespoke orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once ordered, as these parts are being made to order and have to be paid for.

Unfortunately we don't ship internationally. We currently ship within the United Kingdom, Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey
What does it mean when a product is shipped directly from the supplier?
This means that the stock is not sent from our warehouse. Instead it is sent directly from the supplier to you. We will always let you know this before you complete your purchase and what the delivery time is.

If you are heading off on holiday or journeying home along the A303, we are easy to spot next to the Southfields Roundabout at Ilminster. From the roundabout take the Exeter (A303) exit and immediately enter the slip road on the left and follow the road round to our ample parking space. We are just next to the COSTA Coffee restaurant.
