Roamer CAN cable - SMART to Victron GX

A 2 metre cable that connects your Roamer battery to a Victron GX device or inverter. One end is a right angle M12 5 pin male connector, the other is a male RJ45 connector. Add this to your cart if you want to use your SMART battery with a Victron Cerbo GX, and monitor your roamer battery on the app, Touch GX screen or VRM online portal. Note, this is only for SMART batteries, and only for connection to Victron products. Includes free Roamercare setup call to help you configure your Victron system to work with your Roamer SMART battery.

UK Mainland
Deliveries are free of charge.
We will attempt to deliver on a next day service but please allow 2-3 working days after ordering.

Northern Ireland
Deliveries are charged £50 (individual cable orders £10)
Delivery will be within 7-10 days

Channel Island
Deliveries are charged £100 (individual cable orders £10)
Delivery will be within 7-10 days

Due to the nature and value of this product, deliveries must be signed for. It is not possible to leave with a neighbour or in a safe place. We will therefore make every effort to make a successful delivery on the first attempt and will contact you before shipping. Please note that until delivery is confirmed with by phone or email, we cannot send out your battery.

Batteries are shipped with a standard overnight courier. You will be provided with a tracking link via email after the battery has been despatched and you will also receive a specific time slot for delivery.

Lithium Ion batteries are categorised as class 9 Dangerous Goods and are subject to ADR and IATA transport restrictions. Roamer Batteries have partnered with multiple dangerous goods approved parcel and freight delivery couriers to enable legal and compliant delivery

Returns Policy
All return requests must be within 14 days of the purchase date.

You have another 14 days to return the item after the initial request.
Batteries must be in new and unused condition (we will check the BMS for charge cycles).

If you have installed or cycled your battery then we may still be able to accept your return, however we may offer a reduced amount instead of the full refund.
